We are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Anglian Water Infrastructure team in Peterborough.

What you'll do:

  • Ensure robust estimates aligned to scope, considering all risks and opportunities.
  • Manage and support commercial and procurement strategies with Senior Buyers to ensure correct tender processes.
  • Prepare subcontracts reflecting the agreed scope.
  • Manage subcontracts per contract requirements, including communication, payments, and documentation, maintaining up-to-date contract files.
  • Provide accurate live forecasting based on the project programme and report accordingly.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Degree/HNC level education or equivalent.
  • RICS/CIOB/CICES membership.
  • Experience in managing/leading a team.
  • Contract administration experience, particularly with NEC contracts.
