Bimplus in Hatfield is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of a major project or portfolio across London and the South East. The role oversees profitability and commercial risk within a senior team, based at the Hatfield head office.

Projects include refurbishment, regeneration and new build schemes in the South East, with a competitive salary up to £95k plus benefits for a permanent, full-time role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience in a senior Quantity Surveying role.
• Strong main contractor commercial experience.
• Experience with JCT, NEC and/or PPC contracts.
• Excellent commercial, numerical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Full UK driving licence.

Managing Quantity Surveyor

Hatfield

We are working with a leading Social Housing Regeneration Contractor to recruit an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. Based their Hatfield head office, you'll oversee the commercial performance of a major project or portfolio of projects across London and the South East.

Projects are a mix of high-profile refurbishment, regeneration and new-build projects across the South East.

This is a senior role where you'll take responsibility for maximising profitability, managing commercial and contractual risk, ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing strong commercial leadership across the business.

Managing Quantity Surveyor

• Lead the commercial management of a major project or portfolio of projects
