An established industry player is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic Natural Resources team. We're looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources team, within a commutable distance to Falmer. In this role, you'll provide commercial support on the mobilisation and ongoing operations of our new 7-year, c£1bn framework with Southern Water.
Location: Chatham or Falmer, East Sussex up to 3 days a week
Contract: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know.
Responsibilities
We're looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will be required to provide commercial support to the project teams, maintaining commercial information and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and objectives are achieved. You'll be required to liaise with customer representatives and other third parties on commercial issues including agreement of variations, claims and any additional payments.
