Ideal candidates will likely have a background in a specific sector (e.g., Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare, etc.) and a proven track record in roles such as:

• Managing Director/General Manager
• Director of Operations/Commercial Director
• Senior Sales/Business Development Leader
• Head of Department/Division
• Experienced Consultant (from any field)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy for Scotland, identifying target clients and market opportunities.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with senior executives and HR leaders across various industries.
• Understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions in areas such as executive search, HR consulting, talent development, and interim management.
• Leading and delivering consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
• Representing ISG at industry events and networking functions.
• As the business grows, recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of consultants.
• Managing your own P&L for the Scottish operations.
