  • With the leadership team, create, implement, and execute a strategic plan designed to optimise performance. This will be demonstrated through positive sales turnover growth and increased profit margin.
  • Develop a sales and marketing strategy to develop both local and export markets to achieve sales goals and revenues.
  • Continue to evolve the business rather than revolutionise it.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the experienced senior leadership team as well as future leaders and the wider management team.
  • Focus on continuous improvement to maintain and develop consistent product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Drive excellent health and safety standards throughout the group.
  • Drive effective project management and tender processes, ensuring robust contract negotiations and approval for large multi-million-pound projects.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to maximise sales and understand the inner workings of all sides of the group.
  • Identify and pursue possible acquisitions in the same or adjacent sectors.
