Job description

The European Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice is looking to recruit a Managing Director into its Valuations team. The work of the Valuations team includes:

• Valuation of corporates primarily in the context of financial restructurings and transactions
• Debt valuation
• Provision of transaction advisory services

• Train and mentor junior team members

Minimum Requirements

• 13+ years of corporate valuation or financial advisory experience
• Excellent report writing skills
