REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the IT industry;
  • Proven track record in developing business with specific expertise in the UK market;
  • Experience in SAP business, including implementation, consulting, application development projects in Digital Supply Chain (DSC), Procurement, SAP S/4HANA migration, and Business
  • Knowledge of custom software engineering, Innovative/AI projects, with the ability to cater to startups, mid-size, and enterprise companies;
  • Great knowledge and Sales expertise in FinTech, Healthcare, E-learning domains;
  • Strong understanding of the IT outsourcing industry and market trends;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the IT industry;
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective business strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for the UK market;
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients;
  • Coordinate with internal teams for SAP and custom software engineering projects;
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and business plans to stakeholders;
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust strategies accordingly.
