ABOUT THE ROLE
I am looking for someone who is already a Director with a strong background working for rival RC frame and groundwork subcontractors in the UK, ready to take on the challenge of being a full Managing Director of an existing business.
If you have experience in this sector, you’ll understand the day-to-day responsibilities; your role will be at the top of the business, responsible for the entire organization, managing and leading your senior management and directorship team to achieve set goals. The business currently handles a variety of groundwork and RC frame projects across London and the Home Counties, with project values ranging from £1m to £15m.
Note: You won’t be doing this alone; a mentor will be available when needed.
Applicants should have held Director positions and have a strong background with concrete frame and groundwork subcontractors in the UK.
Only candidates with stable employment histories will be considered, as this role is crucial and long-term commitment is preferred.
Degree qualifications in civil engineering, construction management, or quantity surveying are expected, depending on the department managed.
