ABOUT THE ROLE

I am looking for an experienced Director with a strong background in working for rival RC frame and groundwork subcontractors in the UK, ready to take on the challenge of being a full Managing Director of an existing business.

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing and leading senior management and directorship teams to achieve set goals. The business currently undertakes groundwork and RC frame projects across London and the Home Counties, with package values ranging from £1m to £15m.

A mentor will be available to support you in your responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have previous experience in Director roles within the concrete frame and groundwork sectors in the UK, with stable employment history. Candidates are expected to have degrees in civil engineering, construction management, or quantity surveying, relevant to their department.
