You will steer the business through its next chapter and will enjoy full operational autonomy in this pivotal role.

You will need a considerable leadership track record within life sciences recruitment for this position. You'll manage the senior leadership team, providing strategic input, bringing new ideas and course corrections as required. The business is performing well, but there are lots of opportunities for further expansion and gains in market share.
