The Managing Director will be a senior leader responsible for driving the agency strategy, positioning, and client offerings. The ideal candidate is proactive, hungry for new business, and has a successful track record of winning and growing business.

As our company has experienced significant growth, this individual should be comfortable with ambiguity and rapid innovation. Our clients expect regular strategic counsel from our leadership.

What you’ll do:

• Position yourself as an industry leader and develop brand awareness.
• Build on current Medical Communication and Marketing offerings to establish a multi-disciplinary team including analytics, digital, and creative.
• Bring experience from an agency environment in a similar role.
• Proven success in growing complex, multi-disciplinary client portfolios and in new business development.
• Approach client growth with an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
• Demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen, leading profitable business verticals.
• Develop targeted programs for Medical Affairs and Clinical Trials teams.
• Expand opportunities into digital media, marketing, advertising, and social media.
• Lead current portfolios and new business efforts, ensuring profitability.
• Provide strategic counsel on key accounts and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Immerse in Real Chemistry’s offerings and methodologies to coordinate client and new business strategies.
• Develop a 30-60-90 day plan outlining key contributions and expectations.
• Partner with leadership to drive strategic growth.
• Mentor and train team members, fostering energy and passion.
• Identify new hires to support business expansion.
