• Full P&L responsibility for the UK manufacturing business.
• Install a positive working culture of financial performance and profit growth.
• Lead, mentor and develop the senior leadership team across production, engineering, quality, sales, health and safety, and human resources.
• Develop and maintain excellent health and safety standards throughout the business, consistent product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and best practices.
• Ensure the manufacturing business is both a safe and inclusive place to work and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
• Drive operational performance by using Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost drivers.
• Conduct regular OEM customer visits and site visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
