Responsibilities

  • Lead the Northern Ireland branch with full P&L responsibility, setting and delivering on growth objectives aligned with national strategy.
  • Deepen our presence in the local market by identifying new opportunities across property, casualty, financial lines, motor, cyber, and specialty risks.
  • Strengthen existing client relationships and win new business by championing Gallagher’s consultative, solutions-led approach.
  • Develop and empower a talented, collaborative branch - supporting their development, building succession, and celebrating success.
  • Ensure operational discipline and uphold best-in-class standards across compliance, client service, and placement strategy.
  • Act as a regional ambassador for the Gallagher brand - trusted, ethical, and always putting the client first.

About you

  • Qualifications: ACII/FCII qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential.
