Role Description

We are looking for a Managing Director to lead the ambient side of our business which includes our biltong, jerky, popcorn, crisps and ambient stable protein offerings. The right candidate will be very hands on and thrive leading small teams with an appetite for efficiencies and automation in both factories and infrastructure over additional team members. The role will be based in York but require the overall management of the ambient business with factories in Ripon, Thirsk and Easingwold as well as our shop in York. We are looking for an MD with a strong background in finance and operations with the role working closely with the company CEO who has a strong background in sales and brand strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to enter a growing business who thrives on striving to be the best at what they do and loves creating things the world has never seen before!
