Job description

Main Duties

• Responsible for P&L, compliance and corporate governance
• Reports to the supervisory board and prepares the “president’s report” for annual meetings
• Focus on marketing and sellingproducts in the assigned territory, including frequent customer visits and visibly representing at trade shows and events
• Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline and communicate with the head officein Germany
• Formulate market requirements in a structured and concise manner
• Maintain and build strong customer relationships
• Oversee and direct local staff
• Direct office and warehouse procedures and policies
• Improve, implement and control ERP-System Processes
• Send monthly figures toGermany

Requirements and personal profile

• Technical background and education in electrical engineering (or similar) and industry experience in the areas of LV/MV electrical protection and distribution
• Hands-on mentality and self-motivated. More entrepreneur than manager with the ability and track record to work on own initiative
• Strong communication skills, a high level of personal responsibility and a confident manner towards internal and external stakeholders
• Structured, proactive and goal-oriented way of working with a high degree of implementation strength and team spirit
• Excellent digital skills and familiarity with software assisted processes in ERP systems (knowledge of SAGE is an advantage)
