This isn’t a typical “recruitment manager” role. This is your chance to lead the UK and North America region as Managing Director, with full sales and P&L ownership, direct access to our CEO, and a clear mission: scale Nicholson’s presence across the UK and North America and take us to the next level.

What You’ll Own:

• Drive new business and lead commercial growth across the UK & North America
• Build and deepen partnerships with high-growth scaleups, PE & VC firms
• Shape and execute regional GTM and hiring strategy alongside the CEO
• Lead, inspire and grow a team of top-tier consultants — and build new ones
• Stay hands-on with senior clients, C-level mandates, and strategic accounts
