Your Experience

• Proven customer-facing Managing Director/General Manager or a Commercial/Sales & Marketing Director seeking their first MD role.
• Experience in a B2B technical product environment, supplying industrial laboratories, academic/research institutions, and OEMs.
• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related STEM field.
• Technical/Engineering competence and experience managing and developing management teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, with international experience preferred.
