Salary: £100k - £120k + Executive Benefits

About The Role

On behalf of our client, a dynamic and growing business at the forefront of communications and technology solutions, we are seeking a visionary and commercially astute Managing Director to lead their UK operations.

This pivotal leadership role reports directly to the Group CEO (US & UK), with full P&L responsibility and a mandate to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and cultural alignment across the UK business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute business strategies aligned with group objectives.
2. Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-performing operations.
3. Financial Stewardship: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial growth initiatives.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with shareholders, partners, and regulators.
5. People Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and care.
6. M&A Leadership: Drive acquisitions and successful integrations to support growth.

What We're Looking For

1. Proven experience as a Managing Director or equivalent executive leadership role is essential.
2. Background in SMEs within Telecoms, Technology, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
3. Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering growth.
4. Experience in strategic planning, acquisitions, and change leadership.
5. A dynamic, charismatic, and proactive leader who leads from the front.
6. Deep understanding of corporate governance, financial management, and market dynamics.
