• Salary TBC but likely £140,000 - £160,000 + significant equity + £13,000 car allowance

• Are you seeking Managing Director jobs or Commercial Director jobs?

• Company is involved with large £15m+ capital projects (across engineering consultancy, design, project management, construction and capital delivery projects)

You MUST have experience of capital project delivery to be suitable for this Managing Director jobs / Commercial Director jobs role.

Director Jobs with genuine, significant equity don’t come up very often in £75million turnover businesses. This Managing Director jobs role has been created due to succession / retirement of the Managing Director / Projects Director

Why you should be interested in this Managing Director jobs role & what we need

• We do 100% need experience of delivering capital projects. This will either be from a construction background or equally from a design, engineering consultancy, project management consultancy or similar.

• These capital projects are delivered into the food, FMCG, pharmaceutical, process industries and wider manufacturing sectors. Experience of these sectors would be beneficial but it’s the capital project delivery (managing £10m + capital projects) that is the key here

• We need an MD / Projects director who has demonstrated loyalty in their career. As this senior board level appointment has equity – we need someone who is loyal, committed and has a track record of working in medium sized businesses (or wants to move from a very large business into a medium sized business and have significant equity)

Are you seeking MD jobs / commercial director jobs or project director jobs in the East Midlands? Hybrid / client facing role, but you will need to be able to spend maybe 2 or 3 days per week in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire so commutable regions could be Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Sheffield, Birmingham, Peterborough, Lincoln, Loughborough, Burton upon Trent etc.
