Your Role

Primarily, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for leading global companies.

You will work collaboratively with Capgemini colleagues and clients, supporting them in understanding challenges and opportunities, designing future models, and implementing these solutions in their businesses. Your solutions will typically cover supply chain planning strategy, operating model design (including processes, organization, capabilities, and enabling technology), transition and transformation support, and ongoing optimization.

We are continuously developing our thinking around the evolving product supply chain in a digitally enabled world. You will contribute to this thinking and help make it a reality for our clients across various sectors.

Your Responsibilities
  • Be a key member of our Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, blending deep industry knowledge with practical consulting expertise.
  • Contribute to the effective delivery and timely completion of projects, aligning with commercial goals.
  • Lead major workstreams or smaller projects, defining work plans, teams, dependencies, and ensuring delivery on scope, quality, and time.
  • Develop and tailor supply chain planning propositions.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, RFPs, bids, and client engagement.
  • Participate in internal activities like campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice development.
  • Engage in learning and development activities, including training and certifications.
Your Profile
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain planning processes such as demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, sales planning, and S&OP/IBP.
  • Experience in industries like Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, or Life Sciences.
  • Consultancy experience, either in a major consulting firm or internal consulting within industry.
  • Experience with planning systems (e.g., Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, o9).
  • Proven track record in supply chain improvement projects and delivering creative, realistic solutions.
  • Strong sector knowledge and understanding of how technology delivers business value.
  • Ability to work successfully in a matrixed organization and support proposition building and delivery.
