The Role

As a Managing Consultant in our Digital Workplace / Employee Digital Services practice, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact ServiceNow solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with clients to analyse service management processes, design intelligent workflows, and lead the adoption of advanced ServiceNow capabilities.

This role places a strong emphasis onAgentic AI enablement,AI Control Tower governance, andROI benefit analysis—ensuring clients not only adopt modern capabilities but also realise tangible value from them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agentic AI and Automation Enablement
    Lead the design and implementation of intelligent, agent-driven workflows using ServiceNow’s AI capabilities. LeverageServiceNow Agentic AI Fabricto orchestrate multi-agent collaboration, integrate with third-party tools, and deliver autonomous, goal-driven outcomes. Champion the use ofAI Control Towerto monitor agent behaviour, enforce governance, and ensure ROI-driven performance.

  • Consultative Engagement
    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning ServiceNow capabilities with strategic business goals. Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, reduce operational friction, and improve employee experience.

  • Modern Workflow Design
    Analyse and optimise ITSM, HR, and cross-enterprise workflows using ServiceNow’s low-code/no-code tools. Translate business requirements into scalable, future-ready solutions.

  • Platform Adoption & Change Enablement
    Drive adoption of advanced ServiceNow modules and features through enablement sessions, stakeholder engagement, and change management strategies.

  • Data-Driven Service Insights
    Leverage ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting capabilities to deliver actionable insights and support continuous improvement.

  • Governance & Platform Maturity
    Support the implementation of governance frameworks, platform health monitoring, and lifecycle management strategies to ensure sustainable growth and compliance.

  • Commercial Awareness & Growth Enablement
    Identify opportunities to expand solution scope or introduce adjacent services. Collaborate with business development teams to shape proposals and support pre-sales activities.

Must-Have (or equivalent experience):

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and IntegrationHub
  • Experience implementing or orchestrating AI agents usingServiceNow Agentic AI Fabricor similar agentic systems
  • Familiarity withAI Control Towerfor governance, monitoring, and ROI analysis of AI-driven workflows
  • Strong understanding of scripting and configuration using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and data-driven reporting
  • Proven ability to deliver ROI-focused outcomes using Agentic AI in ServiceNow


Good-to-Have:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, HRSD, or other relevant modules)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Agile or Scrum certification
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A) communication patterns
  • Experience designing multi-agent orchestration strategies across ITSM, HRSD, and cross-enterprise workflows


Interpersonal & Consulting Skills:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholders across business and IT
