YOUR ROLE

The IT Cost & Value team is part of the growing Business Technology practice. We are looking for talented individuals to join the team to help our clients make strategic cost optimisation and transformation decisions to help realise the true value of their technology (people, technology, and capabilities).

Our IT Cost & Value team works in close partnership with two other offer teams: (i) Technology Strategy and (ii) IT Mergers & Acquisitions. Our work typically involves:

1. Advising clients on the strategic role of technology within their organisation.
2. Modelling benefits and costs to deliver a substantiated business case for change.
3. Identifying how IT Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) can be optimised.
4. Building the right level of digital capabilities to tackle current and future challenges.
5. Helping clients define their technology strategy for restructuring their technology asset base.

As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:

1. Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, and client hosting at events.
2. Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think-tanks, and practice development.
3. Learning & development – Training to support your career development and skills demand.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for Managing Consultant and Senior Manager-level candidates with elements of the below experience:

1. Evidence of delivering and leading successful cost optimisation and transformation engagements.
2. Evidence of specialism in IT cost management and optimisation.
3. Evidence of managing teams in complex delivery environments.
4. The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
5. Experience in leading and supporting sales efforts.
6. Excellent understanding of industry trends and technology to drive client value.
7. The ability to support clients with strategic investment plans.
8. Experience in using third-party IT financial management tools is a plus.
9. Evidence of achieving sales targets of at least £500k (Managing Consultant) / £1m (Senior Manager) per annum.
10. Evidence of practice development and team building.
