Grade: Managing Consultant

Location: Lancaster (UK), Forchheim (Germany), or remote working from Europe

Salary range: Dependent on experience, full-time or part-time (min 0.8 position)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate, lead, and develop a team of internationally based regulatory consultants engaged in global notification services (approximately 15-20 staff)
• Provide in-depth regulatory knowledge and technical advice on global regulations, including EU REACH, UK REACH, K-REACH, KKDIK, TSCA, and other key international frameworks
• Collaborate closely with the scientific consultancy team to ensure seamless and effective service delivery to clients
• Work with the Business Unit Lead and key team members to deploy growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Ensure continuous development and effective deployment of Project Management and Resource Allocation within the team
• Lead advocacy and thought leadership initiatives to support and guide external stakeholders

Profile and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a team of international regulatory experts within industry or consultancy
• Strong knowledge of global chemical supply chain regulations, preferably including EU/UK REACH, GHS, BPR, TSCA, Medical Devices, etc.
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience in key account management
• Robust experience in enterprise & resource planning and change management
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L or budget management experience
• Experience in advocacy and thought leadership
