  • Our Sustainability Advisory & Transaction Services team is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking individuals to deliver best in class services to meet this demand.
  • Consultants in ESG Advisory roles within ERM’s Sustainability Advisory & Transaction Services team work on a wide range of strategic and operational engagements for private market investors and their portfolio companies. Our work includes portfolio company onboarding, value creation identification and planning, green growth strategy, decarbonization planning & target setting, sustainable supply chain & procurement advisory, product life cycle assessments, human rights advisory, human capital consulting, sustainability claims and certification support, and exit readiness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting private market investors in ESG integration, value creation, and impact performance improvements across portfolio companies.
  • Collaborating across ERM and the firm’s functions to deliver leading capabilities and insights to clients’ portfolio companies.

Senior roles will include:

  • Leading large, global projects ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
  • Providing expert guidance on strategic ESG-related matters using our global expertise.
  • Driving innovation and growth within the team.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of clients’ post-investment ESG programs.
  • Designing and executing post-investment value creation plans.
  • Providing insights on integrating ESG into business practices for long-term value.
  • Developing frameworks, tools, and assessment scorecards for clients.
  • Ensuring ESG interventions and reporting align with client needs.
  • Supporting ESG and impact due diligence to increase value and reduce risks.
  • Staying informed on regulatory drivers like TCFD, EU Green Deal (SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD), and others.
  • Managing risks from project conception to delivery.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through communication and quality of deliverables.
  • Providing leadership in engagement, decision-making, and execution.
