They are seeking to hire a Managing Consultant to oversee a team of three consultants within one of their top-performing divisions.

• You will mentor and manage a small team of Recruitment Consultants
• You’ll train, coach and provide 1-2-1 support to each of your team members to ensure their recruitment potential is achieved
• This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, building new relationships with external clients. Identifying their hiring requirements and supporting them to find the right talent
• Supporting and advising clients and candidates during the recruitment process
• Conducting contract negotiations with personnel decision-makers

Must be based in Manchester and have 4-5 years of agency recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role, and have worked in a similar sector i.e. Energy, Engineering, Tech.
