The Role

We’re hiring a Managing Consultant to launch and lead one of our desks—across Primary, Secondary, or SEND (we’ve got strong opportunities in all three).

You'll have the opportunity to build and grow your own team, stepping into a new leadership chapter with fresh challenges and big rewards.

Early Starts, Big Impact!

As this is education recruitment, you'll need to be an early riser.

Expect 7:15am starts during term time (when schools are open), and 9am starts during school holidays.

In the Role, You’ll:

  • Run and grow your own 360 desk
  • Build lasting client and candidate relationships

  • Progress into team-building and leadership responsibilities
