Job summary

LENNOXVALE in Belfast is seeking an ambitious Managing Associate Employment Solicitor to join their pre-eminent Employment Law team. You will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters for employer clients, delivering high-quality advice and representation.

You will contribute to the firm’s growth, develop client relationships, and lead junior lawyers. 8 years' PQE required, with strong drafting, analytical and communication skills, and a commercial approach.

Qualifications

• 8 years' PQE plus training in a respected employment team.
• Comprehensive employment law knowledge across contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for employer clients.
• Provide high-quality employment advice and representation, with commercially focused solutions.
• Lead and develop junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, contracts, settlements and related documents.
• Involve in managing employment tribunal claims from inception to hearing, including advocacy where appropriate.
