Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a Managing Associate for its Real Estate Future Energy team, based in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The role involves advising on major clean energy projects, drafting and negotiating option agreements and leases across wind, solar, battery storage, hydro, and EV infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years' PQE, be commercially minded, proactive and possess excellent drafting and communication skills. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' PQE in real estate and energy sectors.
• Commercially minded and proactive with strong drafting and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Advise on real estate matters related to future energy developments.
• Draft and negotiate option agreements and leases across wind, solar, storage, hydro and EV infrastructure.
• Conduct title due diligence, prepare title reports and Certificates of Title.
• Collaborate with corporate, banking, planning and regulatory teams on project financings, acquisitions and disposals.
• Engage directly with clients and contribute to business development.
