We are working with a well-regarded boutique law firm in Leeds currently looking to appoint a Managing Associate to lead within their Litigation Team. The Role:As Managing Associate, you will:
️ Take a lead role in the handling and supervision of Fast Track and Intermediate Track contested civil claims
️ Work across a varied litigation caseload, including commercial and contractual disputes
️ Oversee junior team members and contribute to strategic decisions within the litigation department
️ Collaborate directly with clients, counsel, and senior management to deliver excellent outcomes
️ Drive operational improvements and support the growth of the team
Requirements:
Strong background managing Fast Track and Intermediate Track claims
Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
Exceptional case management, advocacy, and negotiation skills
A commercial mindset and interest in growing and improving legal services
