• Draft, negotiate and advise on facility agreements and related documents.
• Advise lenders and borrowers on new lending, refinancings and restructurings.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate across the firm.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to BD.
