A leading housing association in London is seeking a Managing Agent Contract Manager to ensure compliance in service charges and drive accountability. The role requires strong expertise in leasehold management and excellent negotiation skills. The successful candidate will influence service delivery and protect residents' interests. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary of £47,135 to £52,008 depending on experience, alongside a supportive benefits package.

Reporting Office: London, Stratford
Persona: Agile/hybrid working – office based 20-40% (3-4 days working from home)
