We are looking for Managers to join our London office.

How you will create impact:

1. New experienced hires are involved in all phases of project work, once they are up to speed on our way of working.
2. On a project, you are involved from day one with the client from first contact, until the final presentation of our recommendations and eventually, in some cases, involvement of implementation. Your ideas will form part of our approach.
3. We will do our best to help you in finding the right balance between delivering challenging projects and developing your go-to tools, expertise and deep knowledge.
4. You will be managing a project team and handling client relationships under the guidance of Partners and/or Directors.
5. You would also have the opportunity to be involved in business development activities by creating content and assisting in client acquisition and retention to help grow our sectors.

Your profile:

1. 4+ years’ experience in strategy consulting or a project focused industry role with a strong focus on growth strategy.
2. You would feel comfortable discussing revenue management, its related analytics, and leading projects on this topic.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Extremely articulate, able to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling.
5. A passion for commercial issues.
6. Exceptional project management skills and motivation to build high performing teams, coaching less experienced colleagues.
7. A strong desire to work in a fast paced, commercially agile environment including the ability to manage and deliver to tight timelines.
