THE ROLE

The PVH finance team is instrumental to the success of the PVH Region North business. Acting as true business partners, the team is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and reliable information to support and shape strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, this role leads the wholesale commercial finance team across Region North, combining financial and market data to generate insights into business performance and opportunities.

The role manages financial processes, including reporting and analysis of weekly, monthly, and quarterly results for the wholesale business, and oversees business reviews with divisional leads across the region.

This position supervises local market teams in the UK, Netherlands, and Nordics, requiring travel to these markets.

Responsibilities include:

1. Lead and manage the controlling function for the wholesale segment, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
2. Implement financial planning and budgeting aligned with HQ directives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
3. Drive financial performance and accountability, identifying cost and revenue opportunities.
4. Monitor and report on sales performance, margins, and pricing to senior management.
5. Partner with commercial, operational, and business development teams on strategic initiatives.
6. Conduct financial analysis and modeling for business opportunities and profitability assessments.
7. Develop and track KPIs to measure wholesale performance.
8. Guide and support the wholesale finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related; MBA preferred.
• Experience in financial management and controlling, preferably in wholesale or retail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, e.g., SAP, Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts clearly.
• Proven track record in financial performance improvement.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt quickly.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
