Job Title: Manager – Value Creation, Supply Chain & Operations

Location: London, UK

About Us

I'm working with a growing, high-impact management consultancy based in London, working with leading private equity firms, corporate clients, and portfolio companies across Europe. Our focus is on delivering tangible, data-driven value through strategic supply chain transformation, operational excellence, and holistic value creation programs.

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead strategic engagements focused on supply chain optimisation, cost improvement, and EBITDA enhancement across a range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of client engagements across strategic supply chain transformation, cost and working capital reduction, procurement optimisation, and operational turnaround.
  • Develop and implement value creation strategies to drive EBITDA improvements, both pre- and post-deal.
  • Structure and lead client workshops, data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and hypothesis development.
  • Manage project teams, ensuring delivery to time, quality, and client expectations.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders across private equity, corporates, and portfolio businesses.
  • Support the development of internal methodologies, tools, and thought leadership within the value creation and operations practice.
  • Contribute to business development activities including proposal development, pitch meetings, and client relationship building.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of consulting experience, ideally at a top-tier or boutique consultancy with a focus on strategic supply chain, operations, or value creation.
  • Proven track record in delivering performance improvement or transformation projects across multiple industries.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making at the C-suite level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related quantitative discipline required.
  • Master’s degree (e.g., MSc, MBA) is advantageous but not essential.
