Freshminds has partnered with a growing transformation consultancy to find a strategic and delivery-focused Manager to support clients across sectors in shaping and delivering high-impact change programmes.

This is a client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working across strategy, transformation, and performance improvement. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders and delivery teams, while also contributing to internal proposition development and team capability.

What you’ll be doing:
