Job Title: Manager - Transfer Pricing

Our diverse team focuses on compliance and advisory services, providing sustainable tax advice to clients that support their wider commercial objectives. We collaborate with leading technology companies, working alongside market leaders in tech.

The Responsibilities / Job Description

This role involves working on a variety of projects. The work includes:

  1. Providing technical transfer pricing advice to our National Markets clients on a broad range of topics.
  2. Developing and maintaining client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  3. Managing multiple projects across jurisdictions and leading daily delivery processes.
  4. Coordinating with KPMG's transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax, and advisory teams on various topics.
  5. Financial management, including developing project budgets and billing to ensure profitability.
  6. Coaching and developing junior team members, including delivering training and on-the-job coaching.
  7. Ensuring timely reporting to senior management.
  8. Contributing to business development, marketing initiatives, and market proposition efforts.

The Person

We seek candidates with the following skills and experience:

  1. CTA, CA, ACA, ACCA, or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, finance, law, accounting, or an equivalent qualification.
  2. Extensive transfer pricing experience, including preparing documentation, tax value chain analyses, benchmarking, supporting tax authority inquiries, project management, and mentoring juniors.
  3. Sound judgment to identify and evaluate risks and know when to involve others.
  4. Strong analytical skills with a commercial approach to problem-solving and advising.
  5. High motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
  6. Strong commercial awareness.
  7. Willingness to stay technically current and develop team capabilities.
  8. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  9. Understanding of ethical and risk issues in a client service environment.
  10. Excellent people skills for engaging clients and team members.
  11. Highly organized with excellent communication and project management skills.
