Key Responsibilities:

- Lead or support end-to-end deal execution, including financial due diligence or lead advisory mandates.

- Produce high-quality reports or information memoranda tailored to client and investor needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Tax, Valuations, and Legal.

- Manage stakeholder engagement and provide strategic insight during transaction processes.

- Supervise and mentor junior staff, contributing to a high-performance culture.

- Support client relationship development and participate in business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with significant experience in transaction services (fdd) or M&A advisory.

- Track record of success in the Technology sector, with strong commercial and technical acumen.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with senior stakeholders.

- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
