And we’re counting on your unique voice and perspective to help EY become even better, too. Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.
The opportunity
There is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading team within EY. The role is within the UK&I Transaction Risk team, which is a core pillar within Risk Consulting. Team members are based in our offices in Belfast, Dublin and London.
Our Transaction Risk team delivers governance, risk management and controls related solutions to a broad range of clients, including corporate clients and private equity firms undertaking or preparing for large scale transactions, including Initial Public Offerings (“IPOs”), Integrations and Separations.
As a Manager in Transaction Risk, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality work products within expected timeframes, monitoring engagement progress, managing risk and ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. You will foster relationships with client personnel at senior levels and manage expectations of client service delivery. When working on projects you will almost always be working as part of a wider cross service line team.
As you progress your career with EY, you will have the opportunity to work on more complex transactions, increasingly lead teams, hold the primary relationship with our clients and take on broader roles within our business.
