The opportunity

We assist corporate and financial clients in meeting their strategic goals, whether through acquisitions, divestments, or raising finance. Our clients range from UK entrepreneur-led businesses to large global enterprises across financial services, often on complex assignments involving cross-disciplinary and international collaboration. Our clients include leading global companies in Insurance, Banking & Capital Markets, Asset Management, private equity, central banks, and government treasury departments.

Our core work involves due diligence—assessing a target company's finances and projections, identifying opportunities, risks, sensitivities, and mitigations, and reporting findings to clients, banks, investors, and other stakeholders.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, developing your skills in various sectors and situations. There may be opportunities for travel within the UK and internationally. Projects typically involve working as part of a cross-service line team.

Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Executive (Manager), you will understand key business drivers, collaborate with clients on approach and value measurements, and deliver insights and advice. • Planning and monitoring team progress
  • Sharing technical knowledge and expertise
  • Building internal and external networks
  • Identifying opportunities to sell additional services
  • Contributing to business initiatives (e.g., key accounts, recruitment)
  • Serving as a business advisor and key client contact
  • Supporting your own learning and development, coaching others, and providing upward feedback

  • Experience in preparing and reviewing deliverables, reports, and presentations
  • Supportive attitude towards junior team members
Minimum Qualifications
