We are seeking a seasoned and commercially astute Operations Lead - Manager (Trade & Investment) to spearhead our client's critical aviation investment and operational portfolio. This high-impact leadership position demands exceptional operational oversight, profound financial expertise, and a deep understanding of global regulatory compliance to drive fleet expansion, manage complex charter programs, and secure new strategic investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day trading and investment operations within our aviation portfolio.
• Develop and Execute strategic plans for fleet expansion, aircraft leasing, and new charter and airport services.
• Build and Maintain critical relationships with regulators (CAA/EASA/FAA), lessors, key cargo clients, and investors.
• Oversee high-stakes contract negotiations, comprehensive due diligence, and robust risk assessments.
• Ensure Compliance with aviation safety standards, AML/KYC financial regulations, and cross-border trade rules.
• Supervise cargo and freight air transport logistics for maximum efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to structure complex aviation funding solutions.
• Provide detailed operational, performance, and investment reports directly to the Board and senior executives.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven Experience in aviation management, airline operations, or investment leadership (cargo, charter, or leasing experience preferred).
• Strong Understanding of aircraft leasing models, fleet operations, and IATA/ICAO regulations.
• Expertise in aviation compliance frameworks, risk mitigation, and international financing standards.
• Strong Financial Acumen and analytical capabilities to guide major investment decisions.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, or Finance (Master's or MBA preferred).
• Willingness to undertake global travel to manage vital supplier, partner, and investor relations.
• Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic, French, or Mandarin is a distinct advantage.
