The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our growing ERP Advisory team. In this role, you will work with clients to determine their ERP strategy and support delivery of ERP transformation programmes, helping them to optimise their business processes and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on ERP strategy, vendor selection, and implementation best practices.
• Support ERP implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Mentor a team of ERP consultants.
• Contribute to the development of KPMG\'s ERP advisory capabilities and thought leadership.
• Stay up to date with the latest ERP trends and technologies.
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of the ERP market and vendor landscape.
• Experience with one or more ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, IFS, Sage etc).
• Experience in ERP programme delivery, with a proven track record of success.
• Experience of project management and/or enterprise architecture.
• Strong reporting writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience in a consulting environment is not necessary, and strong industry experience could be beneficial.
