As a Manager within our Technology Transformation capability, you will bring a technology perspective to a broad range of client issues, demonstrating how technology can address problems and realize opportunities.

What will you be doing?

Working with KPMG colleagues, client teams, and C-level client resources to:

• Provide true advisory services in developing and delivering IT operating models that enable clients to maximize their technology organizations
• Champion how Tech Strategy & Transformation can help clients deliver more effectively and achieve digital and technology ambitions
• Offer credible advice on effective IT operations
• Collaborate across other connected technology capabilities to improve IT services for clients
• Support clients through digital transformation initiatives
• Identify emerging market trends and develop products and services leveraging these insights
• Support growth of our Tech Strategy & Transformation capability by developing and mentoring our people

What will you need to do it?

As a Technology Transformation Manager, with experience in a major consultancy or large public/private sector organizations, you should have digital experience in at least two of the following areas:

• Developing technology strategies in complex environments, focusing on digital and emerging technologies
• Design and implementation of IT operating models
• IT cost optimization and efficiency improvements
• Large-scale digital transformation, including business models, culture change, user experience, and business practices
• Agile delivery methodologies at scale in large organizations
