What will you be doing?

• Bring a technology perspective to a broad range of client issues, demonstrating how technology can address problems and realize opportunities.
• Manage the development and delivery of IT operating models to optimize clients' technology organizations.
• Develop digital and technology strategies in collaboration with client teams.
• Provide credible advice on effective IT operation.
• Collaborate with other Connected Technology capabilities to enhance IT services for clients.
• Support clients through digital transformation initiatives.

What will you need to do it?

• Digital experience in at least two of the following areas:
• Developing technology strategies in complex environments, focusing on digital and emerging technologies.
• Design and implementation of IT operating models.
• IT cost optimization and efficiency.
• Large-scale digital transformation, including Business Models, Culture change, User Experience, and Business practices.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, especially at scale in large organizations.
• Be tenacious, passionate, and thorough; able to communicate effectively from C-level to junior staff.
• Self-sufficient with leadership experience managing teams and delivering technology programs/projects.

Skills we’d love to see / Amazing Extras:

• Consulting experience with large organizations.
• Passion for emerging technology and driving business value in areas like Platforms, Integration, Data, User Experience.
• Experience with new technology delivery and modern ways of working (e.g., Agile, DevOps).
