As a Manager within our Technology Transformation capability, you will bring a technology perspective to a broad range of client issues, demonstrating how technology can be used to address problems and realize opportunities.

What will you be doing?

Working with KPMG colleagues, client teams, and C-level client resources to:

• Provide true advisory services to our clients in developing and delivering IT operating models that enable them to maximize their technology organizations.
• Champion how Tech Strategy & Transformation can help our clients deliver more effectively and achieve their digital and technology ambitions.
• Provide credible advice on how to operate IT most effectively.
• Collaborate across other Connected Technology capabilities to improve and transform IT services for our clients.
• Support clients during digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify emerging market trends and develop products and services for KPMG to leverage.
• Support the growth of our Tech Strategy & Transformation capability through developing and mentoring our people.

What will you need to do it?

As a Technology Transformation Manager, with experience in major consultancy or large public/private sector organizations, you should have digital experience in at least two of the following areas:

• Developing technology strategies in complex environments, focusing on leveraging digital and emerging technologies.
• Design and implementation of IT operating models.
• IT cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Large-scale digital transformation, including business models, culture change, user experience, and business practices.
• Agile delivery methodologies, especially at scale in large organizations.

Skills we’d love to see / Amazing Extras:

• Previous experience within a major consultancy.
• A passion for emerging technologies and driving business value in areas such as AI, platforms, integration, data, and user experience.
