About the Role:
Axiom seeks a motivated Talent Success Manager to support legal talent experience across Europe, focusing on the UK, Germany, and/or Switzerland. This role involves guiding legal professionals, partnering with Talent Acquisition and Sales teams, and ensuring talent is matched with client opportunities, fostering career growth and engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with legal professionals in designated practice areas to enhance their experience with Axiom.
- Manage legal talent from hire to retirement, ensuring high-quality experience.
- Develop expertise in legal skills, practice areas, and market trends.
- Deliver client-requested talent solutions, managing opportunities and collaborating with Sales to secure deals.
- Use legal knowledge to match talent with client needs effectively.
- Build relationships with legal talent and manage engagement communications.
- Manage client expectations and coordinate with internal teams to meet targets.
- Continuously develop skills in client and talent management.
- Interview and assess candidates, collaborating with Talent Acquisition and legal teams.
- Build and maintain a talent bench based on market trends.
- Focus on retention through regular engagement and understanding talent drivers.
- Provide a single point of contact for legal talent, resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure talent is fully utilized and informed about opportunities.
- Meet key metrics like retention, utilization, win rates, and conversions.
About you:
- Interest and ability to work a 3-day per week FTC contract.
- 4+ years of experience in legal services, professional services, law firms, recruitment, or in-house legal departments.
- Interest in the legal industry and law business.
- Strong team player with collaboration experience.
- Ability to provide high-quality talent experiences and understand their preferences.
- Sense of urgency, pace, and drive for matching talent with opportunities.
- Effective assessment skills for candidate capabilities.
- Poise and confidence to interact with senior lawyers, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

- Legally eligible to work in the UK.
- Legal or recruitment experience is preferred.
