About the Role:

Axiom seeks a motivated Talent Success Manager to support legal talent experience across Europe, focusing on the UK, Germany, and/or Switzerland. This role involves guiding legal professionals, partnering with Talent Acquisition and Sales teams, and ensuring talent is matched with client opportunities, fostering career growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Partner with legal professionals in designated practice areas to enhance their experience with Axiom.
  2. Manage legal talent from hire to retirement, ensuring high-quality experience.
  3. Develop expertise in legal skills, practice areas, and market trends.
  4. Deliver client-requested talent solutions, managing opportunities and collaborating with Sales to secure deals.
  5. Use legal knowledge to match talent with client needs effectively.
  6. Build relationships with legal talent and manage engagement communications.
  7. Manage client expectations and coordinate with internal teams to meet targets.
  8. Continuously develop skills in client and talent management.
  9. Interview and assess candidates, collaborating with Talent Acquisition and legal teams.
  10. Build and maintain a talent bench based on market trends.
  11. Focus on retention through regular engagement and understanding talent drivers.
  12. Provide a single point of contact for legal talent, resolving issues proactively.
  13. Ensure talent is fully utilized and informed about opportunities.
  14. Meet key metrics like retention, utilization, win rates, and conversions.

About you:

  • Interest and ability to work a 3-day per week FTC contract.
  • 4+ years of experience in legal services, professional services, law firms, recruitment, or in-house legal departments.
  • Interest in the legal industry and law business.
  • Strong team player with collaboration experience.
  • Ability to provide high-quality talent experiences and understand their preferences.
  • Sense of urgency, pace, and drive for matching talent with opportunities.
  • Effective assessment skills for candidate capabilities.
  • Poise and confidence to interact with senior lawyers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

  • Legally eligible to work in the UK.
  • Legal or recruitment experience is preferred.
