About the Role:

Axiom is hiring a highly motivated Talent Success Manager to support our legal talent community across Europe. As part of our Commercial Team, you will ensure our legal professionals are matched with suitable client opportunities, focusing on lawyers and legal professionals in the UK, Germany, and/or Switzerland. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Sales teams to recruit the right talent, present opportunities, and foster career growth, contributing to Axiom's innovation and impact in the legal industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary partner for a group of legal professionals, enhancing their experience with Axiom.
  • Manage legal talent from onboarding to retirement, ensuring excellent service.
  • Develop expertise in the skills and market of your legal practice areas.
  • Deliver on client talent requests, manage opportunities, and support sales efforts.
  • Use your legal market knowledge to match talent with client needs.
  • Recommend suitable candidates, coordinate with clients and sales, and close engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with legal talent, managing communications and engagement.
  • Align client expectations with internal teams to achieve targets.
  • Continuously develop your skills in client and talent management.
  • Interview and assess candidates with Talent Acquisition and legal teams.
  • Strategically build your talent pool based on market trends.
  • Focus on talent retention through regular engagement and support.
  • Serve as the main contact for legal talent, resolving issues proactively.
  • Utilize Axiom systems effectively to manage talent lifecycle and opportunities.
  • Achieve key metrics such as retention, utilization, and conversion rates.

About you:

  • Over 4 years of experience in legal services, professional services, law firms, recruitment, or in-house roles.
  • Interest in the legal industry and legal business.
  • Strong collaboration skills and team orientation.
  • Ability to provide excellent talent experiences and understand their preferences.
  • High sense of urgency and drive to match talent with opportunities.
  • Ability to assess skills and interests effectively.
  • Poise and confidence to interact with senior lawyers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Legally eligible to work in the UK.
  • Legal or recruitment experience preferred.
