Job description

Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to support an aligned and coordinated Group Sustainable Finance strategy to ensure we meet customers needs.
This is an important role that acts as a central point of support and coordination, working with LSEG’s Divisions, to deliver a Group sustainable finance strategy
Technical Knowledge:
Strong numeracy and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, written and verbal communication
Excellent coordination and project management skills
Understanding of sustainable finance an advantage

Business and Sector Expertise:

Financial sector / investment industry experience
Experience of developing business strategies advantageous
Key responsibilities:

Support LSEG to maintain an aligned and coordinated sustainable finance strategy, with specific responsibilities including:

LSEG Sustainable Finance Strategy: Provide analysis and insights, including competitor, market activity and specific opportunities, to inform the ongoing evolution and development of LSEG’s Sustainable Finance strategy.
Sustainable Finance Product Inventory: Maintain a central Group-wide view of LSEG’s sustainable finance products and associated revenue and identify opportunities for cross-divisional product developments.
Project Management and Monitoring: Coordination and tracking of Group-wide sustainable finance programmes and priorities.
Cross-divisional Working Group: Manage the Sustainable Finance working group that facilitates cross-divisional collaboration.
Divisional Sustainable Finance teams: Maintain close working with teams to provide support as required and maintain a central view and point of co-ordination across the Group.
Investment plans: As required work with the Divisions to build investment cases that support the ongoing evolution of LSEG’s sustainable finance business.
Programme Reporting: Provide content for management reporting to the Sustainability Committee and SFI Exco Sponsor
External Initiatives: As required provide support on LSEG’s involvement in external sustainable finance initiatives.
