Manager | Strategy & Transformation Consulting | Financial Services | London
I'm currently working with a specialist consulting firm looking to strengthen its London team with an experienced Strategy Manager.
The firm advises businesses across the financial services sector, working with senior leadership teams on a range of strategic challenges, from identifying new growth opportunities and assessing potential acquisitions to improving business performance and delivering major transformation programmes.
They have built a strong reputation in their market, with an established client base and a growing presence internationally. Their work is varied, often complex, and gives consultants the opportunity to get involved in decisions that have a real impact on how businesses operate.
They are now looking for someone who can lead consulting engagements, manage senior client relationships and take responsibility for delivering high-quality strategic work.
This would suit someone currently at Manager level, or a strong Senior Consultant ready to step up, who wants more ownership of their projects and the opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners.
What You'll Be Doing
What We're Looking For
Why Join?
One of the biggest attractions of this firm is the level of responsibility people are given early in their careers.
As a Manager, you'll have real ownership of your projects, direct exposure to Partners and senior clients, and the opportunity to contribute to work that influences important business decisions.
The team is smaller and more closely connected than you would typically find in a large consultancy, meaning you'll have greater visibility, more involvement in the wider business and the chance to develop strong relationships with senior colleagues.
There is also a clear route into Senior Manager and beyond, with the opportunity to take on more commercial responsibility as you progress.
For someone who enjoys strategy consulting but wants more variety, greater responsibility and a firm where they can build a long‑term career, this is a great opportunity.
