Base Location: London and Manchester

What will you be doing?

Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with client counterparts, including as the day-to-day / key client contact on engagements.
Take day-to-day responsibility for small projects and manage significant elements of large engagements.
Demonstrate expertise and an ability to generate insights in the IM&D sector.
Co-ordinate the preparation of deliverables that span multiple workstreams, including the answers and challenges to the likely questions and responses of the client.
Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management activities.

What will you need to do it?

Proven experience working in a leading strategy house, Big 4 firm, public sector organisation, or strategy/development/transformation team in industry.
Strong understanding of the value drivers within the IM&D sector.
Ability to manage small/medium sized teams or significant parts of complex projects or programmes in IM&D.
Experience of developing and preparing business development pitches in IM&D.
Demonstrable experience of managing project teams and taking responsibility for end-to-end delivery.
