Base Location: London and Manchester

What will you be doing?

  • Build strong, trusted advisor relationships with client counterparts, including as the day-to-day / key client contact on engagements.
  • Take day-to-day responsibility for small projects and manage significant elements of large engagements.
  • Demonstrate expertise and an ability to generate insights in the IM&D sector.
  • Co-ordinate the preparation of deliverables that span multiple workstreams, including the answers and challenges to the likely questions and responses of the client.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management activities.

What will you need to do it?

  • Proven experience working in a leading strategy house, Big 4 firm, public sector organisation, or strategy/development/transformation team in industry.
  • Strong understanding of the value drivers within the IM&D sector.
  • Ability to manage small/medium sized teams or significant parts of complex projects or programmes in IM&D.
  • Experience of developing and preparing business development pitches in IM&D.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing project teams and taking responsibility for end-to-end delivery.
