The Role

• Hybrid working - ORB office is located next to Old Street Station, London.
• We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager with a strong engineering background to lead the development of innovative consumer health and wearable products. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of hardware, software, and IoT - ideal for someone who thrives in building connected products that make a real impact in people\'s health, performance, and everyday lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap from concept through launch and scale.
• Translate vision into clear technical requirements, working closely with engineering (hardware + software) and regulatory teams.
• Partner with Marketing & Sales to drive positioning, go-to-market, and adoption.
• Balance customer insights, data, and technical feasibility to prioritize product features.
• Lead agile planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Define success metrics and monitor performance to guide ongoing product improvements.
• Mentor and grow a small but high-performing product team.

We\'re looking for someone who has

• Engineering or technical degree (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical).
• Proven experience building and launching both hardware and software products.
• Strong background in IoT and connected devices.
• Experience in B2C product development, ideally in health, sports, or wearable tech.
• Track record of success in consumer health, medical, or regulated product environments.
• Experience in startups or scale-ups where you\'ve taken products from 0 to 1.
• Passion for performance and wellness technology.
